The Mental Health and Wellbeing Seminars online

We now run regular seminars to enable you to get to grips with the skills that enable you to lead a life in which you feel you are managing your own mental health, and doing what matters in order to take gradual steps forward to regulate the most common mental health experiences such as anxiety, depression and stress management.  The seminars run weekly for an hour and a half and they are designed to help you devise your own enduring mental health and wellbeing plan using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Mindfulness techniques.

Courses will be run on Monday evenings at 7.00p.m.
Every Monday from 4th January 2021.
Via Zoom.
Fee – £50 per session for ten weeks.
Total payable £500.

We will engage in an on-line meeting with you prior to the course to check that it is right for you.

We do still see clients on a one to one basis, but we advise the mental health and wellbeing course as the first step forward so that you are equipped with good skills.

This course is suitable for people struggling with stress, anxiety, panic attacks, mild to moderate depression and mild symptoms of OCD, anger management and relationship stress or people with a sense of feeling stuck and who wish to make changes in their life.

This course is not suitable for people with enduring mental illness or people with acute illness.  If you have an acute problem that is causing immediate distress we would advise you to consult with your G.P. in the first instance for advice.  However please attend accident and emergency or dial 999 if you are in a mental health crisis.
